Handicapped car signs

I am looking to make one of those handicapped signs that people put in cars if i ever need a parking spot. does anyone know how I should go about this or have any ideas?

i would say steal someones and copy it and make a template. ive never seen one close so i dont know alot about them, but i doubt anyone would look that close at them but if you use one act gimp or something when you use it as to not raise suspection.

The easiest way and what amoral people generally do is check the locks on handicapped cars that have the handicapped sign hanging down. When they find one that is unlocked they simply open the door and take it. Its might take a few dozen cars but eventually you would find one that is unlocked.
