Default Printing 10mil or 30mil PVC?

Should I get a dyesub printer that prints 10mil or 30mil PVC? I hear some IDs are much more flexible now?

Are there 10mil pvc cards with magstripe?

Thanks

10 mil is WAY to thin for PVC!! Think about it...some lamination is thicker than that!! Teslin is thicker than that!! PVC should be stiff, not flexible. If you're looking to print the "flexible" type of ID's then use teslin...also, you can get laminator pouches with the magstripe already embedded in them, so you can use teslin to print the ID's

I don't have a printer to print teslin. I was thinking of printing 10mil pvc and laminating 5mil on the back and the soft crystal 7mil on the front for the new NY look and feel.

Thoughts?
