Make one yourself. Then make a few others, "sell" items between the accounts, and give yourself feedback.

Look on craigslist, there's almost always one or two people selling their ebay accounts.

Yes.... But that has nothing to do with anything. eBay can't tell if you've actually sold and sent items or not. All they know if you clicked a few buttons on eBay.
