If you are short on time, just tweak your scanner or if you have a cheap old scanner, your scanned image will not show that "VOID" letters because your image will be fuzzy.
If you want to replacate an exact copy however, you really need to hunker down and recreate them, elemement by element. Go get a lesson in using pen tool if you want to really become proficient at counterfeiting.
As far as pressure sensitive paper/ink, there is no easy answer. I mean you can't order a whole batch just to do one copy.
When I lived in Los Angeles, I used to use half dozen printshops who were willing to do difficult jobs for me.
Find a printshop/press owned by Chinese or Korean. If you can find a Vietnamese owned printshop, even better. Show them what you want to replicate & they will do it for you. They will ask for $100~$200 at the most for gold embossing, pressure sensitive print job, heck even mass produce $20 bills for you. LOL
Korean always want to charge the most & generally speaking, they are rude. Chinese offer reasonable price & fast production but tend to not trust outsiders. Vietname, hey, anything goes with those crazy Vietnamese, as long as you can understand what the fuck they are saying. hahaha.
