Printing Problem

I'm trying to make a good novelty fake ID. I"m using the teslin/laminate method.

I have a good canon printer, but when I put my perforated sheets in it, they get jammed up on the way through. What can I do to stop the papers from getting jammed?

Should I get the solid teslin sheets and cut myself? If so, how could I get a perfect cut?

Any help appreciated.

I have a Cannon printer too, my perf'd teslin goes through okay, but I have serious problems with the colors looking too faded and washed out!! Where do you get your teslin from? Is it teslin or Artisyn? Do you have problems with the colors printing out faded on your teslin??

which die cutter should I get? I just need a simple one that can cut cards. Also, the smaller the better. What would you guys recommend?

I got my teslin from Arcadia too...it looks like garbage when I print on it from my Cannon...what settings and software do you use??
