using the search function is where you should start. from there you should use your brain to figure out a nice scam to run. Then run that scam. Don't ask the forum to spoon feed you.

Find a carding forum and chose a verified vendor if you don't want to get ripped off. There you'll find 2 types of vendors online stores (web sites) where you can buy the cc dumps from or vendors that sell through icq.

One open forum is carder.info you'll find about 10 vendors there read the feed back and chose carefully there can be a huge difference between vendors depending on how fresh there cc dumps are.

Don't buy from spammers and un verified vendors or you'll get ripped.

You'll also need to pay for the dumps there are two ways either with webmoney wmz or western union wu.

If you pay with wmz then you should receive your cc dumps instantly if you pay with wu then it can take up to 24 hours or more before you get your order.

Also the vendors have a higher minimum order for an order payed with by western union usually between $300usd to $1000usd.

But they usually will let you buy just 1 cc dump on your first order with web money between $12 to $30 depending on the type of card and which vendor.

They don't transfer dumps to you. It's just a text file. Most of the time you just buy track 2 dumps, track 1 can be generated from the information in track 2.

That is an example of a track 2 dump. They just give you 1 of those for normally 20-30$ assuming it's a 101 card. You then just write it onto a magstripe card and go shopping.

There are programs that can do it, but if you can't do it yourself, then I can't help you. The programs are used for mass generation not one-off. Are you aware of the formatting of track 1 and 2 even? IF you were you would already have the answer to your question.
