Why cotton paper doesn't feel like money paper??

Hi everybody,,

I ordered 100% cotton paper, but this doesn't feel like money paper, not even close!

When i feel paper money, it feels a little like plastic/crisp.
(i think they have coated the paper with something)
What do they apply to the paper to make it like that way??

Hope somebody who knows about this can help!

obviously a blank paper wont feel like real money. Re-read the counterfeit thread and you'll get your answer.
