school coruption how do i end it

what dose one do when they have a school that is corupt. my school has deframed the personalities of students(in lamans terms made people think unjustly and wrongfully of them by rumors) ,insulted students, changed the grades of students on their whims to suit their needs and have had teachers call students by racial slurrs. i am not of any black decent and i have been called the N-word by a teacher wich is kinda stupid because i am asian. now all of what i have typed above are things that teachers have done i mean if a student dose this its no biggy really i mean u get over that stuff eventually and usually. but teachers doing this!? what is wrong with america these days.alot is wrong but could we forsee this? i have heard of teachers calling students whores, skanks horrid things of that nature.
there was another teacher whom had lowered the grad of a student for no reason and the student asked why.after a small talk the 2 had the teacher then told the principal that that particular student was going to murder the principal with poisened surgar cookies.the student had received several days oss and the police were notified....or so they were told they police were not notified and the record was never shown on the school system.
they said i was going to blow the school up when i threated to set a student on fire.now setting someone on fire is a big no no but it is also very diffrent from blowing up a school. i checked that one out with the police they said it was a bomb threat.

what can i do so get a few individuals out of the school system (the vice and regular principal and 3 teachers and a cousellor)

Well how far are you willing to go? Think about it.
You could get some dirt on them, proof of what they've been doing and by telling the right people the problem would be solved.
Otherwise you could get them to leave town by other methods, but that would be illegal...

Well, you could get a Cellphone, MP3 player or any other recording device and try and record anything the teachers say that would be deemed a hate crime or harassment. If you have recorded proof you can use it as evidence. Though, you may have problems if your school bans recording devices (mine does, and for that particular reason. They don't want kids recording the teachers then messing with the audio to make it seem like they are saying bad things) If they do ban recording devices I'm not sure how much standing it would have in court. Or you could compile a list of people who have been harassed by the teachers and witnesses of harassment. You might be able to file a lawsuit, though I'm not sure if verbal harassment is a hate crime where you live. But if you are going to try you will need the things i mentioned above (recordings, or victims/witnesses).

Hey this site is for a disscusion, if you dont have a point behind that then shut up. I know im a junior member but come on.

You have to get used to it man. School is rough its like a close up on life some times, but theirs nothing outside of force that is going to change a school system. I have ponderd this for quite some time because i have had ome bad bad bad teachers, but the complaints of one man falls on the deaf ears of the school board. The list of names and hate crimes would be the beest way to go it you are too afraid of force. That sounded mean, dont mean to be mean, but still.

Recording something the teachers say/do that could be used as evidence against them is a good idea. If recording devices are banned in your school then I am pretty sure the evidence will still hold weight, although you will still be held accountable for your actions, but as a separate issue altogether.

An alternative would be to simply use such evidence as blackmail. While it may be getting to a more illegal stance you are still serving good intentions.

I assume most of the students feel the same way you do? In this case it would be easy to plot against a few individuals.
