Complete and utter bullshit. You probably got an extra "0" in there, because no activity (no matter how strenuous) can make you burn 3000 calories in a single sitting.

I don't know about you guys, but I find doing pushups/situps/pullups/weights/whatever to be really boring...

It's boring if you do the same exercises all the time, vary them add different ones every few days.

Thanks. Ya I did accidentally add an extra 0 in there. I went back and looked and it said that one our of sex for someone that weighed 160 lbs. burned 307 calories. I then read on this site ( How many calories do we burn during sex - exact count  )
that it would burn well over 3,000 calories (I was way too lazy to add up all of the numbers) but I don't know if the data is legit or not. Thanks for pointing that out though.

Everyone who has had sex has done it 3 times in a day. Not every day obviously, but its a pretty easy feat.
Now I'm no expert, but surely burning calories is going to help you lose weight. Obviously you're not going to have the same level of control as some form of measured exercise, but every little helps

Hey i know your young,and stay active as much as you can. Thats the best advice i think i could give you and I think that is what everyone else on here would say. But if you want something to help you loose the wait faster and get cut go to a GNC store. This is a product i take and just might help you. Its called Anabolic Halo and Nano Vapor. Plus you can also take some creatine with that. There a little costly though. But it only will help you if you work out with it. This is a good product for someone who has bad eating habbits and does not exercise alot and if you dont work out on it. It will not make you gain wait on it like some other products will. There is alot more i could tell you about how to lose the wait you want but you would have to be more detail on what fits you the best. So many ways out there on how to, but the truth is healthy eating and exercise every other day if not more.

Join a sports team, Wrestling, Football, basketball, or soccer. I personally am on the wrestling team and I think that its the hardest sport out there and gets you into the best shape. Start jogging/running or anything cardio and combine that with weightlifting. Running and Jogging should help you burn fat and the weightlifting would put on muscle mass. Large muscles burn more calories then small ones. Ex. A super ripped man burns more calories doing nothing then an average guy. Once you get started onto that you should start taking supplements like Creatine, weny protein, or mass builder.

well grim do i need to say it? lol just joking but it is true that sex is the best workout.
Your mind is constantly working in overdrive, your mind is constantly pumping our hormones, your happy, your moving, and your have emotions going along too so you dont feel tired until its over.
Just putting this out there but try to find a fitness instructor, if u dont have someone to push you odds are u wont push yourself.

The way that I understand it now is that your body will burn fat to a certain extent, then your body will try to keep itself in equillibrium so its starts to stop burning fat and burn muscles, but I am not sure when it will start burning fat again. So you are right headcase and not me.
