There's this thing I do when I find myself in town with nothing to do, and the circumstances are right.
I, with my ponytail, leather gloves and mirrored shades, am considered a suspicious character in hickville.
It all started one day when I was about to cross the street, when a cop pulled up at that very intersection.
I took my glasses off and we made eye contact, so I put on my best "Oh shit!" look and ran like hell from him.
I was having so much fun when he called for some backup.
They headed me off near a library and asked me why I was running. I replied, "To see if you would chase me."
They searched me and found nothing. Then proceeded to take me in for a few hours (which I thought was far too long) and found no previous criminal charges.
If you have feedback of any kind, please share.

If you are bored that does sound exciting. As long as you aren't carrying anything illegal it seems like a good way to practice running from the cops, but isn't it illegal to run from the police?

It's not as though I was resisting arrest, as they had no reason to arrest me in the first place.

the cops hate all the youth in my area n regulary make arrests with no evidence at all. my friend has been arrested for attempted murder and has been on bail since last august, the cops cant take him to court because they have no proof apart from his baseball hat which cud have been left there at anytime, so they just make his life hell

Im pretty sure, to be under arrest, they have to bring you to court. So, im not sure how truthful your post is. Doesnt matter, cause you probably only came to say that one thing.
And, im pretty sure that if you run from the cop when he pulls up next to you. He will be damned suspicous and come after you then bring you in for questioning.

See, I made it alot more clear I was running from them.
A friend and I saw some cops at the county fair.
We look at each other for I had just discussed with him about this.
Then we stare see the cops look at us. We bolt towards them scream "Fuck, it's the police!" and juke around them. After about 50 feet we glance back and they were standind in the same spot as before continuing to converse.
