Default adrenilane

Does doing activities that get you excited. Not exactly like working out but like paint ball and stuff that gets you excited help you lose weight. What I am thinking is that adrenaline burns a lot of fat to give you energy. Am I wrong?

Assuming you mean "Adrenaline", which is a hormone our body produces in a 'flight or fight' situation. Here are a couple of links you might find interesting:

Epinephrine - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Approach to Weight Loss by Dr. William Nelson
Hormones and Weight Loss by Greg Landry: The Sideroad

Epinephrine is another name for Adrenaline, it appears to be an appetite suppressor (second link) that stimulates the break down of fat, in stored fat, as well as in active muscles (third link). Anyway, I knew nothing about the topic before hand, but from what I understand the energy does not come from the burning of fat, but rather by the fact that the blood pumps directly to where its needed.

Feel free to correct me if I'm mistaken, like I said, I'm no expert. Just doing a little research, feel free to do the same.
Take care.

'Energy' comes from glucose when it is broken down to form ATP (adenosine triphosphate) in the mitochondria. ATP transports chemical energy within cells for metabolism.

A little off topic and you probably already knew this but oh well.

Getting some piercings is a rush. Mainly if you have to wait 1hr for your first one after you conviced the guy you were 18 and your 15.
