No. Give them a glass full.

If you're looking for something proper, then try ricin. Just need some castor beans. Although it's pretty dangerous. You should really know your stuff before you try it.

It's a scientific process. Ricin is not for kids.

Obtain some castor beans from a garden supply store.

Put about 2 ounces of hot water into a glass jar and add a teaspoon full of lye. Mix it thoroughly.

Wait for the lye/water mixture to cool

Place 2 ounces of the beans into the liquid and let them soak for one hour.

Pour out the liquid being careful not to get any on exposed skin.

Rinse the beans off with cool water and then remove the outer husks with tweezers.

Put the bean pulp into a blender or coffee grinder with 4 ounces of acetone for every 1 oz. of beans.

Blend the pulp/acetone until it looks like milk.

Place the milky substance in a glass jar with an airtight lid for three days.

At the end of three days shake the jar to remix everything that’s started to settle then pour it into a coffee filter. Discard the liquid.

When no more liquid is dripping through the filter, squeeze the last of the acetone out of it without losing any of the bean pulp.

Spread the filter out on a pan covered with newspaper and let it dry stand until it is dry.

The final product must be as free of acetone and other contaminants as possible.

If it is not powdery but still sort of moist and pulpy it must be combined with the appropriate amount of acetone again and let sit for one day.

Then repeat steps 9-12 again until a nice dry powder is produced.

If you do this you'll probably kill yourself.

ricin is something that im not going to mess with, and unless you know exactly what your doing, i suggest you dont mess with it either. If you insist on messing around with ricin in any way, use some common since and wear protective gear, if i dont know what im doing i dont try to do it. Even if i know what im doing i wear protective gear. Im not a big fan of endangering my life, when something as simple as proper protective gear, could save my ass.

judging by the way you are posting voo_doo, you will fuckup and kill yourself or someone else. You need to learn the basics before you move up onto the more advanced stuff
And as for your original question, ricin. "simplest" and most effective.

I know I wouldn't make ricin. Russian roulette's a safer bet.

By the by, I don't think that recipie gives ricin, just concentrates the ricin already present in the castor beans. If it were that easy it's be more popular.

I hear that you can create poisonous gas by cutting a grape in half putting it in a sealed cup and microwaving it. The gas that comes out can supposedly kill you. Get somebody to do that :!:

*sigh*

Exactly how much ozone are you expecting to get from a grape? From all accounts I've read about this idea, the gas produced is ozone, which only does real damage in high volumes. I'm not even sure that this actually works or not.

I have no idea how you managed to get nitric oxide from that. The idea of this "poisonous gas" is that electolytes in the grape juice get excited by the microwave radiation, and start creating arcs between the two halves of the grape as a result. The gas is the ozone that would (apparently) be produced from the oxygen being superheated by those arcs.

I just remember somthign about somthing in a microwave, burning, creating nitric oxide. Honestly I have no idea where I heard it either, if I can find any thing about it ill post.

edit:
Metals arcing
Any metal or conductive object placed into the microwave will act as an antenna to some degree, resulting in an electric current. This causes the object to act as a heating element. This effect varies with the object's shape and composition.

Any object containing pointed metal can create an electric arc (cause sparks) when microwaved. This includes cutlery, aluminium foil, ceramics decorated with metal, and most anything containing any type of metal. Forks are a good example. This is because the tines of the fork resonate with the microwave radiation and produce high voltage at the tips. This has the effect of exceeding the dielectric breakdown of air, about 3 megavolts per meter (3×106V/m). The air forms a conductive plasma, which is visible as a spark. The plasma and the tines may then form a conductive loop, which may be a more effective antenna, resulting in a longer lived spark. Any time dielectric breakdown occurs in air, some ozone and nitrogen oxides are formed, both of which are toxic.

so it may not be nitric oxide spesificaly, but thats what I found on wikipedia.
