Would any of yall know how a Minor in the U.S would be able to get his hands on a handgun possibly with two magazines and a shot suppresor? hopefully without having to order in the parts?

Best bet would be tie in with some people who can hook you up. Gang members, that kind of thing. Buying drugs is always a good way to meet new people. Prove you're not an idiot and see if you can join up. It'd help if you're a big guy who can kick some ass too. Then see what it takes to get your hands on a gun. As for handgun. I'm not going to sit here and question you as to why you want one, or need one. I just hope you have enough common sense not to be a complete idiot if/when you do get one.
As for actually getting one. I'm not going to tell you how either. The only thing i will tell you is, illegally. Common sense will work this one out.
