A pistol loaded with a blank cartridge (9mm and up) placed against the base of the skull and fired will render unconscious or kill the subject. A similar event occures when fired into the earhole or the hollow of the neck.

Lack of evidential bullet hampers investgation and if apprehended you can claim accident or lack of malice as "...it was only loaded with blanks..."

yeah. this is how i would do it. say you were mucking around, and held the gun to his head, shot it three times, call an ambulance, and say what you were doing. you might get time, as new laws dont like things that look like real guns, so you might do 2 months or somehting.

You put a gun to someone's head, pull the trigger, and he dies. You're doing time.

Even if the cops believe your BS story it's still manslaughter, reckless behavior causing death, whatever they want to call it.
