materials:
plastic cup
roll caps
6inch fuse
cardboard
duct tape
plastic sandwich bag
rubbing alchohol

procedure:
take the sandwich bag and fill it half the way up with the rubbing alchohol .ball it up and put it in the bottom of the cup.cut the card board into a big enough circle to fit all the way in the cup on top of the bag.poke a hole in the middle of the circle.take the 2 peices of paper and shred them into the smallest peices you can manage.place all the little peices on the cardboard take the fuse and put it through the hole in the card board.make another circle put a hole in it put it on top of the paper scraps with the fuse sticking the fuse out of the hole.take the roll caps and cut out all of the little gunpowder pocketsand put it on the cardboard.add more paper scraps.drop a few drops of alchohol on the caps and paper.make anothe circle big enough to place on top put a hole in the middle put the fuse through the hole.duct tape the last circleon the top. and wala your done.

Not really.
You're using a fuse to light rubbing alchohol and the rubbing alchohol lights the powder from the snap caps.
