Also take into consideration that many of the hucksters selling these things are also pushing "radiation absorbers" to make your cell phone "safe" fo your brain by absorbing "99%" of dangerous radiation.  These companies are facing a lawsuit by the US government for misleading customers and using scare tactics to make them think there is conclusive evidence that cellphone radiation under the prescribed limits is unsafe.  Limits are already in place to minimize heating effects in soft tissues; modeling the effects is very difficult, and RF emissions compliance testing is already a painstaking process.  So cellphone radiation *may* present a health risk, but as of now there is no preponderance of evidence to support this. -- Posted by gamefreak2006 on 9:20 am on Mar. 23, 2002 there is a way to creat a by-pass for anolog but not for digital.however you can create a clone phone of someone ealses and they would have to pay the bill.or you can hack in there systems and create a file with your account info up to date and put a freeze virus on your file so the only thing that runs is a timer. -- Posted by qube on 2:26 pm on Mar. 23, 2002 You could get a contract phone, i pay £20 a month for BT Genie, and i get 600 texts free a month, 50 minutes off-peak calls free a day, as much WAP as i like (WAP sucks), and a free phone coz its contract. Why not go for a contract, its cheaper than Paying top-ups. Also you can get arrested now for hacking phones etc :S OR kinda a crime thing, someone could use a fake CC to get themselves "free" top-up cards ordered online, thats if the person was a criminal. We do it that way in poland : I don't know what are the prices for cellphones in promotions and others but in my country i can buy a active card and a phone for about ... 3 $ . So i sit into my car stand in front of Liquor store and wait for a nice gentleman wich goes inside to buy a cheap beer . Than i talk with him ... Hey wanna earn  20 bucks for sitting ? Thats about 20 beers . The guy sais ok . I take his ID and go to the cellphone store buy the phone on his papers . Sometimes falsification of job certigficate is required (3 min of work) .
