As for your problem to virus's, I would first say "just dont accept any files then you wont get them". Also you should download a Firewall. Try http://www.zonealarm.com also get a anti-virus. Norton is good, easy to use as long as it kept upto date.Which it can do automatically. As for Zonealarm being the best firewall, that is debatable. it is easy to use etc.But that doesnt make it any better than say Norton Firewall. They all have their strengths and weakness's.
