-- Posted by Badassmf on 7:02 pm on Feb. 5, 2002 does anybody have ways of breaking into/stealing from pepsi machines i have allready tried all of the ways listed in the site
-- Posted by Just0nePepsi on 7:22 pm on Feb. 5, 2002 Just hang out for a few days and wait for the pepsi dude to come and refill it. Make sure you got a mask on and some gloves. Anyway use some kinda knock out weapon on him or just jump him. Take his keys and hide out for a few days. Those keys should work on all the other machines.
-- Posted by Badassmf on 5:21 pm on Feb. 6, 2002 its in a school
-- Posted by ilovekayla on 1:44 am on Feb. 7, 2002 just blow it up with something...
-- Posted by OzzY on 10:38 am on Feb. 7, 2002 hm.. my father told me, that when he was young he and a friend blew up chewinggum-automats by drilling/burning a little hole in the top of the plastig and filling it with lighter-gas/hairspray, whe it was filled to the top they lighted it.. but i think you needed lotz of hairspray for a pepsi-automat :D
-- Posted by Badassmf on 4:53 pm on Feb. 7, 2002 it is in the high traffic area of a school and i want the money inside intact!
-- Posted by Zambosan on 9:45 am on Feb. 8, 2002
First clue... a pepsi machine in a high traffic area of a school is probably *not* the smartest target for vandalism and robbery, unless you *like* being caught.
-- Posted by Badassmf on 3:40 pm on Feb. 8, 2002 trying not to get caught is half the fun
-- Posted by Hergor on 3:43 pm on Feb. 8, 2002 then blowing it up is the other half...
-- Posted by The Great Milenko on 11:57 pm on Feb. 8, 2002 You say that you've already tried all of the ideas on this site, well what makes you think that making another thread about is gonna help!! and ozzy, your dads either bullshitting to you or perhaps they went to put the lighter fluid in the gum machine and caught a whiff of the vapors and hallucinated the whole thing! you say that they filled it up to the top with lighter fluid or hairspray or whatever, well i cant see how filling it with merely a flammable liquid is gonna blow it up!! and they must have used an awfull lot of fluid to fill up the fucker!! and then even if they did get the gum in the end my guess is it would have been rather unpalettable seeing as though it's been doused in lighter fluid!! i'm suprised that you didnt pick up on this zambo, owell i guess thats the downside of being so feckin smart, ppl expect more of you :)
-- Posted by Badassmf on 10:58 am on Feb. 9, 2002 lay off you moron
-- Posted by qube on 6:30 pm on Feb. 9, 2002
-- Posted by ilovekayla on 7:54 pm on Feb. 9, 2002 No i dont think it would work becase it would be like the oppisit of the key....
-- Posted by qube on 7:57 pm on Feb. 9, 2002
Guess so, wel it is in the archives somewhere, jsut wanted feedback on it, i couldnt be assed to try it!
-- Posted by ilovekayla on 12:20 am on Feb. 10, 2002 there is plenty of ways... just get the fucking key....
-- Posted by LaZ MoFo on 7:33 pm on Feb. 10, 2002 The part of the clay key that pushes the pin wouldn't be short or long enough just by pushing the clay in...
-- Posted by The Great Milenko on 2:21 am on Feb. 11, 2002
-- Posted by Hergor on 8:30 am on Feb. 11, 2002 heh milenko, good one! :)
-- Posted by alternate dave on 5:52 am on Feb. 28, 2002
Crowbar.
-- Posted by Hergor on 8:47 am on Feb. 28, 2002 magnesium fuses will set it off...
-- Posted by Strayel on 1:39 pm on Feb. 28, 2002 yeah, good quality alluminium, make some iron ox and get a kid to steal as much magnesium from science class as possible! those cool pocket blow torches set it all off nicely.
-- Posted by smokeuman on 11:54 pm on Feb. 28, 2002 My school vending machines have been set to only activate at a certain time, I wanna fuck with them soo they won't go on at those times, but I don't wanna do any real damage, is this possible or am I just a wild dreamer?
-- Posted by HyperBaja17 on 3:10 pm on Mar. 1, 2002 ive put warm salt water down the change slot and it spit out money and pop.
-- Posted by jmjlsnr106 on 12:41 am on Mar. 3, 2002 I was wondering if you stuck cla yin there and this will work for any lock but let it dry and then got a person you new to put the clay as akey and got a key made
-- Posted by somefukinsnapov on 2:09 am on Mar. 4, 2002
this whole thread is soo fukin funny, was anything solved?? ive the the gas bit the salt water one(ha!) but my favourite was the clay key...i mean c'mon!!wheres your head at? gettin the clay out would be funny enough, but then trying to turn it would be funnier still
-- Posted by Durf22 on 4:56 pm on Mar. 4, 2002 why the hell did you start talkin about thermite?
-- Posted by Hergor on 5:02 pm on Mar. 4, 2002
thermite burns at i think about 4000 degrees celsius [about 7200 degrees fahrenheit]...
-- Posted by pyro131313 on 4:47 pm on Mar. 5, 2002 ok so the question is geting the coke, money, or both?
-- Posted by Pyroclasm on 6:27 pm on Mar. 5, 2002
all the pepsi machines in the uk have plastic fronts, that feel kinda weak and bendy when you push em, dunno bout the 1s in the states tho?
-- Posted by drybilgeltd on 10:48 am on Mar. 6, 2002
The thermite idea has a few bugs in it. 1st, it is very hot but will only make a big mess by welding every thing together and leaving a pile of slag attached. 2nd, it will be very bright and will be reflected off walls etc to get everyones attention it night which is not very bright. 3rd, I'm a poet and don't know it. Haha hehe.
-- Posted by Hergor on 2:06 pm on Mar. 6, 2002
no, i stick to my thermite. you just need to know how to use it. yeah, it will get hot. hot, hot, hot. as hot as to keep the vending machines outer case glowing red for some time. i assume everyone knows that it is best to make a circle out of thermite jelly on the vm's front. then you just need to get a prybar and either knock the 'welded-out' plate into the machine (if it has some space inside) or pry it out...
-- Posted by Pyroclasm on 8:29 pm on Mar. 6, 2002
your pepsi machines sound like high security prisons dude, i could probably cut through our uk machines witha fuckin pair of scissors!its just sum shitty layer of bendy plastic
-- Posted by drybilgeltd on 11:15 pm on Mar. 6, 2002
I've obsurved these machines being opened and closed a few times. After the lock is opened there is a big long shaft that is unscrewed a bunch of times for the door to open. Using the thermite will make this very difficult. These machines do not lock and unlock like the door on your house. The front may be bendy plastic on the outside but behind that there are wires, switches, lights and a bunch of other stuff then a heavy metal panel which is the actual door frame. If you have the time and no one sees you, use a 7 1/4 inch power saw ( skill saw ) with an 1/8 inch thick metal cutting blade and cut what ever you think is in the way. I've used this to cut 8 ft long 1/8 inch steel plate many times.
-- Posted by Hergor on 6:23 am on Mar. 7, 2002
ok drybilgeltd, so yours are really fortresses...
-- Posted by drybilgeltd on 11:42 am on Mar. 7, 2002 The Pepsi machine in question at the begining of this thread was in a school and not outside on the sidewalk somewhere. First, you need to break into the school at night. This is the reverse of when I was a teenager, I was trying to break out of school ( one day a week the last class was a study hall period and roll call was not taken so every once in a while I would sneek out the rear door until one afternoon a teacher saw me walking down a street somewhere, I got 2 weeks detention for it ). Get a 7 1/4inch skill saw with a 1/8inch thick metal cutting blade ( bring spare blades in case of breakage ), oxyacetalyne cutting torch, a BFG ( that is engineering talk for a big fucking hammer ), crow bar and a good heavy duty cold chizel. With these tools you should be able to remove the change tray with ease. Should work on Coke machines also. Did some contract work for a company that built safes to test them. They were suprised what the skill saw methode did.
-- Posted by peace on 1:31 am on Mar. 8, 2002
im
-- Posted by ghettopimp70 on 2:54 am on Mar. 10, 2002 its easier to stuff the coin return with paper and take the change when it builds up...if the coin return is a slide inside the slot where you get your pop...stick a powerful magnet in it
-- Posted by nailrot on 6:44 am on Mar. 11, 2002 if the machine is @ the school chances are that the canteen lady has it, cuase whenever we lose money we go off at the lady and she opens it. ive heard rumors that it is exactly like a computer saftey key.
-- Posted by confuzious on 8:07 pm on Mar. 12, 2002 with some adaptation, i wonder if this technique would work on the locks on soda machines? http://www.angelfire.com/darkside/locks/ihatelocks.htm
-- Posted by soundmaster on 11:29 pm on Mar. 12, 2002 i was bored one night at work....at a grocery store and started messing with the pepsi machines...i figured out how to steal the pop out of it but not the money....if u'll stick your arm up in the machine you'll feel that there is like 8 different rows depending on how many kinds there are...each row has a different kind...if you feel around there will be one pop per row....if you pull it wont come out but if you slide it toward you far enough it will come out...i think i stole 7 pops that day...but the next time i only got like 2 cuz the pepsi guy i guess noticed shit had been stolen and they like closed up the insides and shit..but try it...it works...and its on cans not bottles...peAce
-- Posted by Juggernaut on 5:18 am on Mar. 13, 2002 Just stuff some air drying clay down the keyhole and wait, then take it home, wait for it to dry and wahla a key is made
-- Posted by Darkie on 10:41 pm on Mar. 13, 2002 AHH, u fucking retard, ur lame idea has already beenstated in this same thread. AND IT DOESN"T WORK!!! If u knew anything about lock picking you would relize that all the pins have to be pushed to the shear line, not all the way in. If u really want free pop then spend 60$ and buy a tubeular pick. www.lockpicksonline.com
-- Posted by soundmaster on 11:22 pm on Mar. 13, 2002 yea hmm...it must not work...and how i got like 7 pops that night...i guess they were pre-paid and just happened to get them out making me think i was stealing them....im goin to go spend 60$ on some shit for a .50 pop......and i dont know shit about lock picking because i dont sit around and read how to pick a damn lock...maybe i should to be a lock pick professional like yoursef...maybe even i could get some tips......not
-- Posted by Zambosan on 9:43 am on Mar. 14, 2002
Soundmaster: Darkie's post was directed at Juggernaut. Did it *sound* like it had any bearing on what you said??? Did you even post anything to do with the lock itself? Then he probably wasn't talking to ya... :)
-- Posted by soundmaster on 10:17 pm on Mar. 14, 2002 well he posted about gettin free pop and shit so i figured it was me....heh...
-- Posted by someoneisluke on 2:17 am on Mar. 15, 2002
a pepsi vending machine is not a fridge with a lock on it,the inside has a big cage thing holding everyhing inside, you would need power tools to get through it
-- Posted by someoneisluke on 2:20 am on Mar. 15, 2002 oh yeah and a real key is made out of METAL or STEEL not clay clay would crumble unless is like some sort of super clay which most likely does not exist
-- Posted by chaosisback on 6:08 am on Mar. 16, 2002 I say just at night rwal late get a couple of buddies and go steal the whole fucking machine then sell it to some one. sell the soda or drink it. keep the change and funny of all leave a note saying IOU.
-- Posted by onecrazyfool on 5:07 pm on Mar. 29, 2002 I say forget it and spend the stupid 50 cents or wutever for the pepsi. It'd be a whole lot less time consuming...
-- Posted by thadon41 on 11:47 am on Mar. 30, 2002
Ok, first off this is a forum to help people. He asked a good question, which obvioulsy noone here has the answer coz your all just bitching at him. If you cant help, dont say anything.
-- Posted by Darkie on 10:33 pm on Mar. 30, 2002
Man we are helping. We are telling people that:
-- Posted by thadon41 on 10:50 pm on Mar. 30, 2002
Well I dont see the point in getting 'in' the machines. If you want money then a payphone is easier. But there are numerous ways to get pops out. Not all work on every machine, but the pepsi machines are mechanical systems. And every system has a flaw init waiting to be exploited. Just noone has taken the time to do that yet.
-- Posted by Hoot on 8:56 am on Mar. 31, 2002 Well my friend told me that if you pour warm water down old pop machines and maybe even pay phones the money will come pouring out. THis only works on the little bit older machines but it does work. I know this because my friends dad works for Coke and he has to go and fix all of these machines after kids do that. Hope this helps everybody.
-- Posted by thadon41 on 3:54 pm on Mar. 31, 2002 Bullshit. Alright kid, so I supose because this guy works for Coke and he said this, is has to be true, right? ..haha he's probably laughing at your stupid ass right now. :O)
-- Posted by jonahchow on 6:12 pm on Mar. 31, 2002 All you need is tubular drill and a wireless drill, I'll take about then min
-- Posted by thadon41 on 7:00 pm on Mar. 31, 2002
Supose you could just drill the lock. But these machines dont have just one lock tho'. they have on main one, then on for the inside cage which holds all the bottles etc etc. which would definatly attract some attention...lmao
-- Posted by Hoot on 3:46 am on April 1, 2002 Dude i am fucking serious this does work on older machines the new ones it doesn't because they have now put safeguards on them stop it but i will guarantee it works on older machines. This is no lie.
-- Posted by Jerprob on 12:18 pm on April 1, 2002 i bought the lock pick and it is hella hard to figure out. make sure you get the 7 pin tubular lock because thats what those kinds of vending machines are. if anyone wants to be nice, they could find me directions on how to use the tubular pick. the ones that came with it sucked. there were only 7 steps and the were all really really vague. later.
-- Posted by Badassmf on 1:13 pm on April 1, 2002 it is a pepsi brand machine that uses bottles does not use a round key and is in a well lit high traffic area in a school it is refillied once every week and its not worth taking the time to get power tools
-- Posted by xlxPYROxlx on 2:42 pm on April 1, 2002
I dont know if this works or not but here goes : u fill three 2lt bottles up with luke-warm water and ad 2 table spoons of salt in each of them then pour it down the money slot this will go to were the money is and there are 2 switches inside the luke-warm-salt-water will make and electrical current (summet like that) and short circuit the 2 switches inside and the machine will start to shake voilently (sumtimes will fall over) and it will spit out its products and its money
-- Posted by Guybrush on 3:49 pm on April 1, 2002
"the machine will start to shake voilently (sumtimes will fall over) and it will spit out its products and its money"
-- Posted by xlxPYROxlx on 7:02 pm on April 1, 2002 lol i never said it was.... machines can shake... and by 'spit out all its products and money' i ment loadsa money will come out the coin return slot and loadsa bottles/cans will come out the bottom were it usually comes out of
-- Posted by Orion85 on 11:35 pm on April 2, 2002
Thermite is not god's gift to getting into machines. remember that it burns hot, bright, and you got molten steel all over the place. you can't just put the stuff on there and wait 2 sec then reach in, grab the goods and run. This is dangerous stuff. don't touch it, and make sure you can get away because if you think you can do this in some hall at school, consider this: thermite burns through the machine-then the floor and under the floor. maybe even start a fire. You can't put just anything on the floor and just collect it. Maybe a bowl with dirt or sand in it. Don't touch it with anything that has a melting point under........7000degrees! haha just use very little of it. test it out too so you know how it burns, how long, etc.
-- Posted by osiris661 on 1:12 am on April 3, 2002
I can't beleive nobody has posted this suggestion yet. I have heard that this is the way to get the pepsi and the money out of the newer machines. The machine has to use a 115vac power source connected to the wall.
-- Posted by Zambosan on 12:06 pm on April 3, 2002 If you fry the circuit board, the machine will just go dead. It's not going to magically start releasing change and soda rapid-fire; the mechanisms that do that are driven by *active* electromechanical devices that get their mechanical energy from solenoids. So if the control logic is fried, nothing is going to direct the solenoid to fire. You'd also be surprised at how good the overvoltage protection is on modern processors and interface electronics from *good* manufacturers (Chinese and Korean parts are notoriously bad, however). It just might withstand it. If the manufacturer spent the extra few bucks on optical isolation in their interface circuitry, all you'll do is fry the LED drivers, nothing else. I do agree with one thing... just buy the fecking soda.
-- Posted by thadon41 on 4:02 pm on April 3, 2002
Yeah, just BUY the goddamn soda.for fuck sake!..lmao
-- Posted by xpsypiex on 7:25 pm on April 7, 2002
At our school... there was a pepsi/coke machine and if you held the button it would throw evtras out... on day i did it and it cleaned the machine out.
