But whats this about smoking the seeds, i put little cuts in the side of the poppies and got the white milk out, I let it dry out into a brown gooie substance, then smoked it on foil. Gaves you a huge rush and gets you really smacked out. But I didn't smoke the seeds, is that possible too? The strain of poppy you're looking for it papaver somniferum. Yeah, you can convert it into smack, but in my opinion it is a very bad idea. It is really easy to fuck it up & blow all of your opium (and unless you are sporting 1/4 oz or more of the latex, it's a waste of time. If you are dead set on doing it (which again, you shouldnt), drop me an email & at least I can tell you the safest way. The end product is an extremely high purity level (just under USP standards), and will at least be relatively free of dangerous adulterants. Thats why i stopped -- Posted by lodger on 7:29 am on Mar. 25, 2002 Spotting or smoking out of tinfoil---YUCK Grow your poppies wait till they flower and harvest the next sunnyday when it is hottest (the best opium poppies lose their petals after 24 hours-as soon as the dew hits them). Pull the whole plant out and chop up finely, roots stem and all, but be suer to wash out all the seeds from the pod---takes a lot of water. boil it all up for an hour or so, when youve got a fuckin horrible brown/green stinking soup add halve a quart of vodka or some  spirit per 4 gallons of mixture---simmer for another half hour ( appparently the alchohol  breks down and releases more sap from the green matter). Sieve the liquid out and drink it if you think you can keep it down. After lots of experimenting we found the best way to take it was by freezing the liquid , mincing it and eating it as a flavored sno-cone= "ULTIMATE PEACE"     http://www.bombshock.com
