In my city, you can only get it at fry's. But since I'm here... If you want a perfectly legal way to get a buzz that you can't OD on, try breathing in and out as deeply and as fast as you can. This gives you an oxygen rush and can be repeated as many times as you feel necessary because air is free and (the last time I checked) legal to inhale. The only draw back is that it doesn't last long...but as I said repeat as necessary. As for anything else to stimulate a high, there is NOTHING you can't OD on. You can OD on sugar pills. Ever heard of a diabetic coma? Anything taken into the body in excessive amounts will be treated by the body as the body sees fit. I had a cousin that basically OD'd on Pepsi. He went through about a case in less than half a day. It caused his heart to start beating rapidly and inconsistantly and he almost died. The ER had to give him some shit (steroids or glycerene or something) to slow his heart down before it exploded. Now he has to drink only caffeine free beveraged (i.e. Sprite, 7UP, H2O). The reason I don't do any drugs or drink is because I saw the effects on my oldest brother. He's 46yrs old and has the mind of a 16yr old. He started drugs when he was 15. He was and still is one of those people who says "awww it'll never happen to me." Remember, it's your body. It's going to have to last you a little while. What else does anyone think would be good to add to the boiled down mixture, what about the dxm pills? another way to get a small 'high' would be to down shit loads of sugar - you get a rush for maybe an hour but you get a fucker of a headache afterwards. I learnt this from these little tube things that used to be sold i the shoops and everyone went mad over. Like, I started talking to two trees for 30 minutes because they looked like two of my friends, I brushed against a tree with those little hard worms on it then they started busting through my skin and crawling underneath it. However, I don't do Dramamine anymore for two reasons. It is highly possible to become addicted to it. I don't mean similar to cigarette addiction either where you get ornary. I'm talking about the kind of addiction where if you don't have it you go into shock. Unfortunately, this happened to me and I had a heart attack, but I eventually was able to get off it by gradually taking less and less. So, I recommend not fucking around with Dramamine more than a couple times every two months. There is another over the counter drug that will fuck you up really good. It's called Chorisiden Cough & Cold. Those are packed out the ass with PPA, but it is also extremly dangerous, where as it eats through that protective skin shit on your brain and your heart. But, you do not have visual hallucinations off of it, but mental (yes I know that all kinds of hallucinations are mental, but you know what i mean). I took 32 of those then ran away from a group of my friends because I thought that they were going to kill me, screaming, "Oh, God no! Please not again!" I thought that I had lived the same life an infinite number of times and kept dying at the same circumstance, then living it all over again. Like that movie Groundhog Day. If you drink a large bottle of  Robotussin DM then stand on the edge of a curb it seems like you are standing on the edge of a cliff. Most people know this, but you can get nitrousoxide over at Liquid, or a store where they sell bongs and pipes, and the street name is Whip-it's. Also, you can just huff the gas in that can Cool-whip. Freon, you feel like you are going to die for 15 seconds, the world zooms in and out on you rapidly, and you can exhale but can't inhale (sucks). I know of a lot of other shit, including how to make ecstacy, acid, meth, Delta 9 - THC, but you can also go find those all out for yourself on the internet. It's an over the counter drug you can get at any super market. take about 11 your first time then up the dose as you wish. It does make you somewhat tired and gives you cotton mouth like a bitch, but if you can't get real drugs it's worth it because you'll get real fucked up. You'll have visual hallucinations and you'll hear shit that isn't there. I've found myself talking to people that aren't even around. You could also take Diphedramine. This is the stronger version of  Diphedral, so take half as much. Both of them cheep and legal. 1st, get a jug of instant coffee, do not get that decaf shit  you want all the caffien possable. Use a spoon and eat as much of the instant coffee you can (  10 Table spoons might be enough to start ).  I do not drink coffee myself because I do not tolorate hot food very well, it has burned my lips and tongue too many time. So I this has worked for me. Feel like a 120 volt bulb running on 240volt.  2nd suggestion,  Get a 3 liter bottle of soda ( any flavor, beer would work also but soda is cheaper and legal for any age ).  2 liter jugs have too small of an opening so use a big mouth 3 liter jug.  Remove cap, pour out about half of it ( or drink it if you want ), stick your nose or mouth over the hole and inhale deeply. Close your mouth and hold your breath for a couple seconds. You will get a buzz that goes all the way to your asshole in a couple seconds flat.
