Or you can pull the tiles off the roof and go through and find the manhole. As already mentioned, get a copy of the key in advance so you can just walk right in. Otherwise, pick the damn thing. If you just wanna be cool and end up in jail within the week, go in through the window. If it's an old-style window, flip the latch with a slimjim. Otherwise, paint some rubber cement on the window and shoot a bb through it after it dries. Then use a hook to unlatch it. Don't forget to scope. And don't steal from people you know personally.
