Get a plastic bag and pour the substance in it. Put the plastic bag(leave the plastic bag open) with substance in a box. Then quickly close the box up and wrap it in duck tape. Now the box in a another box and close it and duck tape. 6) Now, put the box in his mailbox or on his door step like as if you mailed it to him.  When you opens this up the smell will fuck his ass up. So I was thinking if you could somehow frame this guy for the same thing.  Make some sort of letter and put this guys name in it, but dont make it too obvious.  Like turn his name into an anagram, or spell it backwards, so that way it looks like the guy is trying to be clever, when really its just real stupid because the feds will for sure figure it out. You just gotta make sure that none of your prints or saliva is on there.  And try to use really old stationary paper that you found in a dumster somewhere just in case they link a batch number up with a store where you've been.
