A gang is a brotherhood of badasses that don't take shit and depend and trust one anther. If they see sumthin they want..they take it. It's that simple. Disabling law enforcement is essential for a gang. If ur gonna rob a store start a fire and a murder on the other side of town so the fire dept. and police will have they're hands tied. Before they get the call u will be back at ur HQ enjoying the spoils of war. Ur HQ is usaly someones pad. The Gang I was in we had a cabin the middle of a forest. It was awesome. I remember the Traverse Trageties. That wasn't the real name but thats what we called em. They were a dumbass group of thugs. Anyways they lasted a month cuz they landed an HQ across the street frum the police station. Fuckers got caught. 2 died in a gunfight w/ the police. Our color was green and black. I won't disclose the name of the gang cuz I THINK they are still active. I left when my friend died. They understood. I miss it cuz there was always sumone to depend on. A gang is nothing more then a bunch of childern with no purpose or goal in mind. What you would have to do before you talk to anyone is sit down and develope a way of life with a set of guide lines that makes sence that is more important and appealing to what they currently have. In short you have to give them something to believe in.  If all your looking for is a group of people to cause violence then I would suggest that you rethink your whole Idea. Also you need to have an income source for the people in your organization. How and what ideas do you have along that line? You can read all of the books in the world but again look at them as a guide line only as a road map on how to put your idea together. Are you going to exclude anyone based on X? Also keep one think in mind all viloence is is a tool so use it wisely. Violence does not equal profits in most cases.
