Use wrought IRON if you want to add weight to blows, blocks. They usually have a wooden hanel. My personel favovites are hooked at the end. If you cut the blade off the handel on a couple of these, say four, and split the base of the knife an inch or so, so that you can bend one side each way. take a leather strap and push the blade through ultill it hits the end that you bent over. Line these up with your knuckles then sew another leather strap on tight to sandwich the split base. you can attach this to any form of grip or brace the get vary leathal fighting claws (evan if they don't look like the ones in the X-men the work vary well) (Edited by preditor at 9:33 am on Dec. 7, 2001) -- Posted by The Great Milenko on 2:43 am on Dec. 9, 2001 Oh yeah that gives me an idea! i've seen leadlight knives for cutting the lead strips and they kickass!! a few of the put onto a glove or somthing would be really sweet they kinda curve around into a hook and they look really sweet, look in like a craft store or somthing -- Posted by balor on 2:02 pm on Dec. 9, 2001 I used to use a thing called a climb-safe when climbing electricity poles.It just breaks your fall.It attaches to the robe that goes around the pole.When cut off it functions perfectly as a knuckle duster as it is the right size to sit across the knuckles and has about four short blunt spikes protruding from it.These could be easily sharpened but are a bit too short to be that much use. -- Posted by The Hunted on 5:06 pm on Dec. 9, 2001 Materials: Welder Sander Silver paint hammer steel cutter knife sharpener 1/4 inch steel - 4ft X 4 ft 2 leather gloves 2 springs ------------------------------ This is just an idea to satisfy these immature people but here goes.  You have to work out the details though.... Somehow make a steel type glove with a lever inside. When you pull the lever the blades come up and when you let go they go down. The leather glove are so that the stell won't cause abbrasions on your knuckles and etc. The steel glove also has to be wide enough that youi can fit your hand with the laether glove on inside nice and snug. The tools listed above will assist you in making the leather glove efficiently and also nicely looking. The blades must be spring loaded.Here;s another idea - the blades can be out the entire time but when you bull the lever inside then they go in...whatever.
