-- Posted by johnny 99 on 12:10 pm on Mar. 26, 2002 Yes please, more info on the guided missile!!!
-- Posted by Ankou on 12:14 pm on Mar. 26, 2002 Absolutely! Guided missiles kicks ass!! Tell us more about it. Oh and BTW welcome to bombshock.
-- Posted by balor on 3:01 pm on Mar. 26, 2002
Tell us about the guided missile.I hope you dont mean that it is just purely aimed at the target but that it is self/remote guided.
-- Posted by Molitolv Volkov on 12:59 am on Mar. 27, 2002
That missle sounds sweet ass. and the guy uses better english that i do and i live in tha usa.
-- Posted by Sicopath on 4:22 am on Mar. 27, 2002 Perhaps LethalToss is referring to a "wire-guided" missile, which is not as complicated as a "remote-guided" missile.
-- Posted by LethalToss on 3:24 pm on Mar. 27, 2002
I mean YOU (us) guide the missel with the remote control.
-- Posted by jmb1125 on 7:21 pm on Mar. 27, 2002 The trick with guided missles is keeping the control surfaces correctly oriented in relationship to the ground it's flying over. If it leaves the launch tube and rotates lets say, 180 degrees, "up" will become "down" ect.
-- Posted by johnny 99 on 8:32 pm on Mar. 27, 2002 I,m pretty shure that he means a pulse jet? like we discussed in the other rocket thread. I' also would like to know how you stabillized the rotation? Also what fuel did you burn in it? Thanks.
-- Posted by xenonalieninfo on 11:22 pm on Mar. 27, 2002 if you won't to know how to make guided missles repost to this
-- Posted by LethalToss on 4:36 am on Mar. 28, 2002
The problem on turning in the launch is solved by the reversed impulse, cause the missel will have 3 gas escapes.
-- Posted by johnny 99 on 5:29 am on Mar. 28, 2002 Here is a link to a bunch of pulse jet plans. home3.inet.tele.dk/kenethm/index.html What do you mean by reversed impulse? I understand spinning it to stabilize it, but how do you keep your control surfaces orriented if it's spinning?
-- Posted by LethalToss on 11:07 am on Mar. 28, 2002
When you give a direct way to the missel you need to spin it
-- Posted by jmb1125 on 7:47 pm on Mar. 28, 2002
Uhhh....did anyone get that? I think I might of, but maybe not.
-- Posted by johnny 99 on 1:10 am on Mar. 29, 2002 I get the spinning part, using three exaust vents? And I assume that by parabollic he means horizontal as oposed to vertical flight. But the rest is all greek to me, and I still haven't heard how he keeps the control surfaces aligned. Can you post pictures lethal toss?
-- Posted by LethalToss on 12:01 pm on Mar. 29, 2002
As I said before

-- Posted by corps on 2:26 pm on Mar. 29, 2002 wow...guided missile...i´ve been searching for one manual...ple send it to seven_monkys@hotmail.com
-- Posted by jmb1125 on 7:52 pm on Mar. 29, 2002 I'm sure some ppl here understand the level of sophistication required to produce a guided missle. Case in point, both the TOW and the Hellfire. This I gotta see.

sorry for the delay in answering, i had some problems over here.

lol, okay, well rockets are usually unguided, and missles are (usually) guided, as in "guided missle." Now, how you would build such a thing out of pvc pipe and some other stuff is beyond me.
