-- Posted by sk8ordie on 9:11 am on April 5, 2002 how the hell do i make a patato gun i just cant figure out how 2 make 1 cud sum1 tell me how -- Posted by Radiant on 9:14 am on April 5, 2002 www.spudtech.com -- Posted by paladinpress on 9:48 am on April 5, 2002 I have the PDF "SpudZooka_Plans_2001" It is a Penumatic spudgun{Air Charged} I can E-mail it to you if you wish it is 628kb -- Posted by Radiant on 11:20 am on April 5, 2002 paladin: that uses a piston right? maybe its a bit complicated for a first time spudgun builder? -- Posted by JC12gage on 12:12 pm on April 5, 2002 it is very simple to make a hairspray or combustion one.  #1Get a 4"abs thick wall piping about 1.5' or more long no longer than 2'. #2 determine what calber of barrel you want,  I would recomend a 1.5" thick wall abs probably 5'long. #3 get an adapter to fit the 1.5"pipe on the 4" pipe.  #4 get a screw on plug for the back of the 4"pipe.  Use abs glue for everything and let dry for 24 hours.  You can make your own ignitor buy drilling 2 small holes in the chamber like this  \ / and put metal screws in the holes so the are this |--| far apart at the tips. next you hook a bbQ sparker to the screws and this makes a spark to set of your fule.  you might want to make a small hole to put your fule in but make shure you have some way of closeing it like a valve or somthing. or it should anyway if you did it right.  make shure you use the thick abs and not the thin drain stuf.  ABS isstronger than pvc for a combustion because it does not shater.  It should look like this:   __\/______  |                  \------------------------------  |_________/------------------------------ -- Posted by balor on 1:30 pm on April 5, 2002 Those addresses will be sufficient for him.Also a search engine will turn up enormous amounts of sites relating to the making of spudguns.     http://www.bombshock.com
