For making this simple device you need:

A powerful water pistol that won’t leak.

Acentone. (Best since it is not so extremely flammable like gasoline)

Matches.

Well, just fill the pistol with acentone and hold a burning match infront
of the nozzle as you spray the flammable acentone.

Depending on how powerful your spray nozzle is, you can get a string of flame
which can reach up to 3-4 m!
