OK. HERES A REALLY SIMPLE BOMB THAT YOU CAN MAKE FROM THINGS YOU’VE PROBABLY GOT LYING AROUND THE HOUSE….
WHAT YOU NEED:
A BAG OF FERTILIZER
SOME STARTER FLID (ETHEROUS KIND)
OK…. YOU FOLD THE NEWSPAPER UNTIL ITS SORT OF A POCKET SHAPE, THEN FILL IT UP WITH FERTILIZER (NOT TOO MUCH)…. NEXT, YOU PUT COTTON ON TOP OF THE FERTILIZER. THEN, POUR SOME STARTER FLUID ON IT (THE FERTILIZER), WRAP UP THE NEWSPAPER (YOU CAN USE TAPE) . NOW THIS ISNT THE KIND OF BOMB YOU LEAVE LYING ARAOUND FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS, AS IT DRYS OUT. WHEN YOU WANT TO USE IT, JUST LIGHT THE EDGE OF THE NEWSPAPER AND THROW IT. PRETTY SIMPLE, EH?
***THIS IS STUPID. STARTING FLUID IS DANGEROUS STUFF. TRY IT IF YOU LIKE, BUT I RECOMMEND A BETTER DETONATION TECHNIQUE THAN BURNING NEWSPAPER…….. MAYBE A SPARK PLUG?
THIS SHIT IS REAL!!
SO BE CAREFUL ASSHOLE! HAHA

With a flame, even assuming a fertilizer that is an oxidzer, you will not achieve an explosion without confinement and a fuel to oxidize. Assuming ammonium nitrate fertilizer, which is a high explosive, you will not detonate it with a flame. The original poster is a fool – Please disregard this thread entirely.
Starter fluid is aerosol ether, used to get stubborn engines going because of its flammable nature.
This is, by the bye, a slightly edited chunk of misinformation from the anarchist’s cookbook, which explains its credibility (actually, lack thereof)…

Hey, i think i read this somewhere before, the guy that wrote was an ass too. I agree, maybe with certain fertilizers in a contained space, but not newspapers. It light up real cool though id guess.
